A second patch from the City of South Miami Police Department. It is the second of two versions that I have, and from visiting their website, it appears they are using a third version! This is one of the first patches I ever received, so it probably dates to around 1989 or 1990. I got this patch from South Miami Detective Rick Rogers, whom I used to assist quite often.
