A second patch from the Winnipeg, Manitoba Police Service. This is another patch that I got from Mr. Helmut Kihn, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He indicated that this was the "new style" patch. But, since I also got this one on June 9, 1993, how new can the style be?! |
