I found this patch on a sidewalk by Dick Howser Stadium after an FSU/Wake Forest baseball game on April 28, 2013.

Okay, so this is not a law enforcement patch! But there is something interesting about it; and that is, whenever it was produced, FSU was still proclaiming "1857" as its founding date, instead of the current "1851".
