As best as I can tell, this is a patch from the Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico Police. I'm disappointed that I lost the note which was on the back of the patch which told me when I got the patch, because it is one of my favorites; and among my first! I received it from a gentlemen who was a former federal agent, and whom I assisted many, many times early in my career. He was stationed in Mexico, but made it to Florida once and brought me this patch! Thank you, my friend (you know who you are)!! |
